Droese Raney is a Dallas-based architecture and interior design studio creating distinctive commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, and mixed-use environments throughout the United States.

Founded in 1998, the studio is recognized for design that is thoughtful, enduring, and tailored to the unique goals of every client. Our work balances creativity with technical rigor, resulting in environments that are both highly functional and deeply connected to their brand, place, and purpose.

Every project is approached collaboratively. Led by principals David Droese, AIA, and Lance Raney, together with Vice President of Interiors Christine Howitt and Vice President of Architecture Reid Mulligan, our team brings decades of collective experience across architecture, interiors, planning, and project delivery. This collaborative leadership allows us to remain hands-on throughout every phase while providing the depth and expertise to execute projects of varying scales and complexity.

Over nearly three decades, Droese Raney has partnered with luxury retailers, hospitality groups, developers, cultural institutions, and commercial clients to deliver projects that are carefully crafted, highly detailed, and built to last. Many of our client relationships span years and multiple projects, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful design, responsiveness, and trusted collaboration.
